Share & shelf

Shelf is ffs read-only public browsing: one named link per archive (for example shelf.php?a=open-data), no signup for visitors.

Public archive mode

• Set identity_mode=public_archive and anonymous_read in storage.json.
• Visitors get listing, preview, and download — uploads and junk are denied.
• Exit a shelf via shelf_exit.php when you sign in for full access.
